But all of this is relatively new, I’d say I’ve only had a real fashion and style obsession for the last four years. Prior to that…well let’s just say it was bad…See below -
I entitle this cell phone snapshot as – ick. Ick times a million…that’s Kmart I believe…
Anyway, fast forward to today and my favorite thing about getting older…maturing if you will. Did I just say I was ‘getting older’!!??! But honestly…it’s a good thing. It’s allowed me to find a real personal style. For me it’s more than just the material items. It’s a vehicle to expressing my personality. I think the years prior to, I was still trying to define that and is most likely why I had so many faux pas…or train wrecks. Either way.

Currently I love dresses, that are fitted at the waist and flow outward. They have something unique about them whether it be an asymmetrical cut, a unique pattern or a ruffle. I have been way into ruffles these days (in small doses). In general they are not your everyday kinda dress. My closet is not completely filled with this type of clothing, but it is a mission of mine to do so
