Last month I had the pleasure of photographing a very unique fundraiser for the North State Symphony called – Frugal House.
“Frugal House utilizes gently-used furniture and decor to showcase interior design possibilities on a tight budget. Local professional designers and interior design students create this house as a fundraising event for the North State Symphony.”
What these designers do with their teeny tiny budgets is extraordinary and inspiring. After the transformations are complete the Symphony has a grand opening event where patrons can purchase items for sale in the room. If you missed this year’s Frugal House event I strongly recommend you buy tickets for next years, it is a blast and there is so much fun stuff to purchase…like that cute turquoise ruffly pillow, I made that little baby all mine
