Last Tuesday and Wednesday I had the opportunity of working with Brent Holland on a commercial photography assignment for Lundberg Family Farms photographing some very yummy dishes! Lundberg Family Farms specializes in organic rice and sustainable farming practices. A big thank you to Yvonne and Katelyn for cooking up some not only beautiful but tasty dishes as well!

Below is a yummy creole type dish with shrimp, adouille sausage, red and green bell pepper atop a bed of Lundberg short grain brown rice.
